Nous avons été très chanceux d’acquérir quelques-unes de ces lumières directement du théâtre Piccadilly, West End, Londres. Ils ont été utilisés pendant de nombreuses années, éclairant célèbres spectacles de théâtre d’extrémité ouest. La lumière a été superbement conçue et dispose dun corps de fonte ventilé de die, rotation de 360 degrés, design circulaire iconique et un réflecteur interne. Le spot a été professionnellement poli pour une finition miroir lumineux par une société britannique spécialisée qui fournit de polissage pour Rolls-Royce. La finale est à un niveau extrêmement élevé. Cette lumière a également un système amovible d’origine de la porte de grange aménagée à l’avant, utilisé pour diriger le faisceau de lumière, les portes de la grange ont également été très poli et semble fabuleux. RARE BBC TV STUDIO SPOT LAMP FULLY RESTORED AND TURNED INTO A DESIGNER HOME OR OFFICE FLOOR LAMP. Designed in Covent Garden, London at the Strand headquarters in the 1950s. We were very lucky to acquire a this light directly from the old BBC TV studios in London. The light has been superbly engineered, and features a ventilated die-cast body, 360 degree rotation. Internal reflector and Iconic design. This lamp also features a very rare and sought after extension tube with a 6 Convex Lens. The spot light and extension tube has been professionally polished to a bright mirror finish by a specialist British company. The finish is to an extremely high standard. We take pride in the finished result as the light represents a unique and rare piece of design and TV history. Theatre light dimensions: Length 44cms, Width 21cms, Height 21cms. The Light gives a beam spread ideal for feature / architectural lighting. The Light is presented on a handmade classic wooden tripod. The tripod features height adjustable legs with rich detailed fittings. The height range is adjustable from 75cm to 170cm and is ideal for all floor types. The light has been professionally re-wired with 3 core quality silk braded vintage style lighting flex and fitted with a high quality CE approved inline foot dimmer switch. The dimmer switch allows for the light to be turned on or off with the press of a button, or to change the brightness from a warm glow to bright spot light with the sliding control.
